Mr. An Heng

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Vanstory Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Heng was born sept. 5, 1953 in Kandal, Cambodia. In 1976, he married Mann Oeun. An was preceded in death by their daughter, San, who passed away in 1993 at the age of eleven. An is survived by his wife and their daughters, Reasey (married to Roderick Johnson, Sally (married to Terry Garner), 2 grandchildren: Riley Griffith (age 6), Makayla Garner (age 2).

Mr. Heng came to the united states in 1983 with his wife and 2 children(Reasey and San) to start a new life. He had a strong work ethic and provided well for his family.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was hardworking, dependable, loyal, thoughtful, considerate and often put others needs above his own, he gave many people reason to love and respect him.

Until his untimely passing Mr Heng worked for Vita Nonwovens of High Point NC, he worked there over 9 years, as a mechanical technician and was a well respectable team member.

An loved all types of foods, was an excellent friend and loved taking on various projects around his home and community. He will be missed by all who knew him.
