Anicia "Annie" Tambunting Dimaguila

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on Monday, October 17, 2011 at St. Pius the Tenth Catholic Church.

Mrs. Dimaguila was born on April 18, 1940 to the late Manuel and Perpetua Luciano Tambunting in Manila, Philippines. She was a member of St. Pius the Tenth Catholic Church.

Mrs. Dimaguila was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was also a successful businesswoman, world traveler and Vice President of the Zonta International Club Philippine chapter.

She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Mary Ann Dimaguila, and husband Tommy Abad of Greensboro; son, Victoriano Dimaguila, Jr. and wife Neth Dimaguila of Greensboro; sisters, Zenaida Francisco and Lourdes Marquez; brothers, Manuel Tambuting and Bayani Tambunting; grandchildren, Anissa Francesca Abad and Nina Rose Ann Dimaguila; devoted friend, Glenn Carey; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ligaya Asis and Celia Condez.

The family is deeply grateful for the outstanding staff of Heartland Living and Rehabilitation Center and Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro. Their expertise, compassion and care were invaluable to Annie and her family.
