So sad to hear of the passing of Ann. We kept in touch for many years thru Christmas Cards but did not know of her living in Greensboro. We met at the Highway Patrol Conferences and I quickly found out that Ann was a true Highway Patrol fan. I remember when she was our President and did such a good job. Our sympathy goes out to her family and may God give you the peace and comfort that you need at this time.

It was with Sadness and joy that I read of Ann's passing this morning. I live in New Bern NC and attended Trinity Methodist Church with Ann. She always invited me to sit with her in church. I always loved seeing her car at church because I knew I would have a friend there. Ann never spoke ill of anyone and was always so kind to everyone she saw.
Sadness because my friend passed away but Joyful that she is no longer suffering with anything but is now with Pat and the rest of her family who has gone on before her. RIP Sweet Ann Herring.
