She is survived by her twin sister, Marjorie Smith of Greensboro and brother Wayne Smith and wife Celia; niece, Jennifer Smith Embree and great nieces, Ava and Harper Embree, all of Burlington. NC.
The family wishes to thank the staffs of Brookdale-Clarebridge Memory Care of Greensboro and Liberty Commons of Burlington and Hospice of Alamance County for the care and support given to Barbara.
Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, 10:00 am at Guilford Memorial Park.
