Beth was born in Meriden, CT, in 1959 and moved with family to Greenville, SC, in 1964, where she began her schooling. In 1965, the family moved to Jamestown, NC, where she lived for the rest of her formative years, graduating from Ragsdale High School in 1977. She married Richard in February of 1986, and they lived many years in High Point, NC, where she still lived at the time of her death. Beth worked for two radio stations, as a nanny, and began her own pet sitting business. She loved being a dog mom to her own Zach and Smokey, and the Church played a major role in her life.
Beth is survived by her three sisters, Connie Ralston, Ann Ralston Ferguson (John) and Jo Ralston-Asumendi (Andy); nieces Kate (Ferguson) Gaskin (Dominic), Carrie (Ferguson) Wilson (Jared), Margaret (Ralston-Asumendi) Williams (Michael), Anna (Ralston-Asumendi) Ballard (Colton); nephews Craig Ferguson (Laura) and Rick Ralston-Asumendi (Hannah), and all of their collective seven children.
A memorial service will be held at Greenwood Hills Wesleyan Church at 1pm on Wednesday, March 25, preceded by visitation with the family at 12:30pm. The family is eternally grateful to Hospice Home at High Point for their empathetic care. Remembrance donations may be sent to Hospice or the NSPCA.
