

Mr. Bruce Wayne Bullington, Sr., 55, a resident of Greensboro died Saturday morning June 25, 2011. Bruce was born October 16, 1955 in Danville, VA, the son of Carl Benson Bullington, Sr. and June Anderson Bullington. He was a contract sandblaster and was a member of Union #256. He was of the Baptist faith. On December 27, 1974 he was married to the former Cheryl Crowder who survives of the home. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home is one son, Bruce Wayne Bullington, Jr. of Greensboro; his parents of Greensboro; two sisters, Sandra Bullington West and husband Raymond of Greensboro, Judy Quinn and husband Daniel of Jamestown; four brothers, Carl Benson Bullington, Jr. of Greensboro, David Lee Bullington of Greensboro, Steven Dale Bullington of High Point, Jeffrey Lynn Bullington and wife Susie of Greensboro; a sister-in-law, Alma Havis and husband Ralph of Greensboro; a brother-in-law, Max Truzzi and wife Patty of GA and his faithful canine companion, “Cookie”.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery conducted by Reverend Andy Garner.
The family would like to thank Dr. Sherrill, Lisa Thomas and the staff at Wesley Long Cancer Center for the kindness shown and care given to Bruce.
