Carlito was born on September 22, 1932 in Baliwag, Bulacan Phillipines. A graduate of Far Eastern University with a degree in Business.
He is survived by his loving, caring wife, Florencia A. Castro; children, Manuel Bernard, Emmanuel, Paul Clemen, Frederick, Roy Spiro and Imelda Lucille. Also surviving are his grandchildren here and in the Phillipines.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the family residence in Jamestown with Father Duc O. Duong officiating.
