Charles "Chuck" Frederick Usborne IV was born on November 21, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois. He passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 81. Chuck was a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina.
A Celebration of Life service for Chuck is planned for Saturday June 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Jamestown Presbyterian Church.
