We have been friends of the Swiggett family for over 60 yrs and have so many cherished memories; attending church, vacations, trips, sharing meals and playing games and so much more. Watching our children and grandchildren grow up we felt more like family than friends. Doug & Betty loved their family dearly, always showing us pictures of the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were loyal friends you could always count on and share problems as well as joys We miss Betty so much and wlll miss Doug but are thankful to know they are together again. Our love and prayers are with you, Sheryl, Suzanne and Chad and know they would want you to coninue their loyal family legacy.

Doug was such a great neighbor. We lived beside him on Merritt Dr and we were Lucky enough to become good friends with him. We moved in 2020 and it wasn’t long after that he had to leave his house there as well. He will always hold a special place in our lives. We send our deepest condolences to you all.

Love.

Doug was a great husband father and friend. My family grew up one house beside the Swiggett's. We celebrated birthdays and special holidays together. Each Christmas we would have lunch and exchange gifts. Doug was a proud Veteran that loved his country and God. My sincere condolences to the family. I have comfort knowing Doug is holding hands with Betty his sweetheart on the right side of Jesus. We love y'all
