Clifton "Ike" Thomas

He is survived by his wife Caroline Thomas; daughter Renee Thomas (Mike Kazel) and her children Sydney Franklin and Cristian Franklin; son Matthew Thomas and his daughter Kaiden Thomas; grandchildren Chris Thomas (Brittany) and their children Cameron and Kylie Thomas; Carlyle Thomas and his son Sawyer Thomas; and Karla Southern (Jamie) and her children Aaron and Kaleb Compton and daughter-in-law Pam Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Teresa Thomas Emery, and son Butch Thomas.

Ike dedicated over four decades to the printing industry, where he held various roles from 4-color stripper to production manager. His attention to detail and commitment to quality earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Ike was a passionate Indianapolis Colts and NC Tar Heels fan. He cherished the time spent watching football and basketball with his children and grandsons, creating lasting memories through their shared love of sports.

As a dedicated member of Adams Farm Community Church, his strong faith and kindness left a lasting impact on the congregation. His genuine warmth and willingness to help anyone in need, coupled with his sharp wit, created friendships that spanned decades.

The beaches of Topsail, the Outer Banks and the mountains held special memories for Ike and Caroline, who also shared their lives and love with many cherished pets through the years.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, February 17th at 4:00 p.m. at Adams Farm Community Church, 5113 Mackay Rd., Jamestown, NC 27282. A reception will be held at the church immediately after the service.
