Clyde Curtis Brizendine,79, of Greensboro, North Carolina passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026. He was born on October 7, 1946, in Roanoke, VA, son of the late William and Bernice Switzer Brizendine. Curtis was an Army Veteran, avid hunter, fishermen, enjoyed working in his yard gardening, taking his corvette out for a drive and spending time with family and friends.He retired as a Communications Manager with AT&T after many years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew Mark Lee Radford.
Curtis is survived by his daughter Shari Brizendine (Burton Yates), two sisters; Virginia Radford (Junior), Barbara Shires, nephews; Barry Radford, William Radford, James Radford, Danny Price, T.C. Shires, niece Amy Wehrles, many great nieces and nephews and granddog Harley Davidson.
Celebration of Life will be held later in Virginia.
