

A funeral liturgy will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m., at St. Pius X Catholic Church by Monsignor Anthony Marcaccio. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
David was born November 9, 1985 in Greensboro, the son of Rebecca and Michael A. Schlosser.
David was a loving and caring son and brother. From the day he was born, David showered his family with excitement, energy and enthusiasm. His personality was magnetic and his passion for life was abundant.
David will be remembered for his relentless ambition and drive to succeed in every aspect of life. He lived life to the fullest, enjoying a wide array of friends and an unwavering dedication to his zeal for music and computers. As a visionary, David constantly pursued his creative ideas with his entrepreneurial spirit. He was an accomplished drummer who created music that will last forever.
His many friends would agree that although his time on Earth was short, he celebrated the precious gift of life with enthusiasm, gratitude and optimism. David’s non-judgmental outlook combined with his unwavering loyalty made him a friend to everyone.
David recently graduated from Elon University (Class of 2011), with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and a minor in Psychology and Mathematics. David graduated high school from Greensboro Day School where we was co-captain of the wrestling team and a member of the National Honor Society.
David was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rachel and William J. Schlosser.
In addition to his parents of Greensboro, David is survived by his brother, Drew Schlosser and wife Angelique of Wilton, CT; nephews, Andrew and Hudson Schlosser; future fiancée, Jamie Bryant of Greensboro; maternal grandparents, Ruth and George W. Heafner of Greensboro, formerly of Norwood, NC; uncle and aunts, James E. and Sharon Schlosser and Linda S. Tasker, all of Greensboro; cousins, Jim Murray and William S. Murray, both of Tampa, FL, Julia Tasker of Los Angeles, CA, and Anna Preston Schlossser and Caroline E. Schlosser, both of Greensboro.
Friends will be received Sunday 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.
