I was Mrs Roberts last roommate in Oak Village at Ashton Nursing Home.  I grew to love watching Mrs Roberts movements at her age.  She was a feisty lady and an enjoyment each and every day.  I would pray every night that the Lord would give her back to me.  
Each of my visitors loved her Also.  When we were separated, she was in a private room right across from me.  Each day I'd ask about her and said push her across to visit with me.  They did, and she said She didn't know me.  As they were rolling er out, she looked back at me and started smiling.  She waved at me and that was when I realized she did know me.
We could neither walk but she'd use that one feet to walk her wheelchair and cross the other leg,but she had all day and nowhere to rush to.  I'll miss her and always remember the joy of her being my roommate.  I loved her so much.  She is at peace and home with her mother, whom she always talked about and wanted me to call.
