Jeff and Bill,
I wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your mother, although she was short in stature she was "tall" in encouragement and love. I always found her to be encouraging when growing up at Buffalo Church.
Peace of Christ to you both,

Jeff and Bill, I just heard of your dear mom's death and my first thought was how happy she and your dad must be in heaven to be together again! She was like a second mom to me during my college years, always coming to my rescue. My mother loved her dearly too and told of many good times they had together at WC. Now they can reminisce together again! Love to you and your families.

Dear Bill and family:

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you on this trying day. While I never had the pleasure to meet Mrs. McNeill Pickard / "Libby", it is clear that she was a natural leader and a strong member of our community. I am very sorry for your loss but I am sure that her legacy will continue to leave on, knowing Bill and his many contributions to date.

With my sincere condolences,

October 10, 2012

We knew Lib and were members in the Women's Pharmaceutical Association with her. She was very smart and we always admired and enjoyed knowing her. We want to offer our condolences to the family. We are sorry we are unable to attend her service.
