Elizabeth Cobb Tollison

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Lakeview Memorial park.

Lib was the daughter of the late Albert Dotson Cobb and Annie Shatterly Cobb. She attended Elon College and was a member of West Market Street United Methodist Church. She loved cooking, playing bridge, dancing, playing piano and traveling. She had a wonderful sense of humor.

Lib was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Tollison and sister, Hilda Cobb Oliver.

She is survived by her three children, James B. Tollison Jr. and wife Kathy of Albuquerque, NM, Gerald O. “Jerry” Tollison and wife Bonnie of Greenville, SC, and Geraldine Tollison Crawford and husband Charlie of Asheboro, NC; brother Albert Dotson “A.D.” Cobb Jr; eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to all of the caregivers of Friends Homes West nursing center unit for all the loving care given to their mother.
