Ethel was truly a special lady, and lucky to have such caring children. Though my encounters with her were brief over the years, her spunk for life and love of cats will always stay with me!

Oh, I'm sorry to hear of Mrs. Anderson's death. I was able to visit her a couple of times after she became Splenda's mom - and she did love those cats. If you need help finding new homes for her cats - please let me know. I know they are sad too.
Peace be with you.

I met Ethel at the YMCA. She was a wonderful and beautiful lady. We shared many wonderful talkes while we walked in the warm water. I was proud to have gotten to know Ethel. I want to send my deepest regrets to her family and other friends.

Ethel was a special person and I will always treasure the memories that Margaret, Ethel & I shared. I was the "driver" and trips usually included a stop at McDonalds for a hot fudge sundae. She loved her sweets (evidenced by names of the beloved cats) and I would bring her homemade treats whenever I could (especially my choc cake). Ethel we will miss you. Cathy Flynn
