A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel followed by a reception for the family.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents and sister. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lou Rhoads; son, Todd Rhoads and wife Susan, and their children, Zoi, Raine and Ireland; son, Scott Rhoads and wife Ginger and their children, Bella and Lyla Mae.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
