Frank James Tesh, Jr.

Services will be held at Church Street Baptist Church on Friday, October 25, 2013, at 2:00 with Rev. Art McGahan and Rev. Tyler Gaulden officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday night from 6:00-8:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel.

Frank was born in Greensboro, NC to the late Frank James Tesh, Sr. and Viola Strader Tesh. He was a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in German. Frank served in the United Stated Air Force as a Meteorologist and also served in South Korea. At home, Frank was a member of Church Street Baptist Church. He loved nature—especially birds.

He leaves behind his mother Viola S. Tesh; sister Cynthia Kaye Rhodes and husband Michael of Colbert, GA; niece Michelle Susan Rhodes of Colbert GA; and nephew Douglas Michael Rhodes and wife Prathima of Boston, MA.

The family would like to thank Dr. Gary Sherrill and Dr. Robert Murray for their care of Frank during his illness.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Church Street Baptist Church, 3113 N. Church Street Greensboro, NC 27405, or to the American Cancer Society in Frank's memory.
