Gloria B. Robinson

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery on High Point Rd., in Greensboro, with Rev. Richard Booker officiating.

Born September 12, 1948 in Guilford County to the late Coy and Magaline Booker, Sr., Gloria was of the Christian faith. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family. She loved the beach and sharing special times there with friends and family. Gloria was a steadfast rock in the lives of her family and will be forever missed but always loved and remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 37 years, Steve Robinson of the home; children, Robin Dunn, Gregory Tomlin, Renae Reid, and Gloria Coble; sister, Kathy Umphrey; brother, Coy Booker, Jr.; eight grandchildren, Randy of the home, Aaron, Isaac, Austin, Will, Gregory, Olivia, and Jonathan; and one great-grandchild, Emma.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 pm Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Hanes-Lineberry Vanstory Chapel.
