Born on March 5, 1927 in Chemung County, NY, he was the son of the late George Benedict Wells and Hazel Mae Stanton Wells. Gordon serviced our country in the United States Navy and was a member of West Market Street United Methodist Church. He retired from Dunning Industries as a Plant Controller.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by his son, Gregory Donald Wells and brother, Norman Dexter Wells.
He is survived by his son, Gary Duane Wells and grandson, Patrick Wells.
