Helen Audrey Evans Alleva

Audrey Evans Alleva, 90, loving mother to two beautiful daughters, Cathy and Donna, and devoted wife of Frank, died September 18, 2017 at Moses Cone Hospital. Her family will celebrate her life at 2 PM, September 23 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

She was born in Laurinburg, NC to the late Wilson W. and Ethel Houck Evans. In 1947 she married Frank Alleva who survives. Audrey cherished her husband and children and provided a loving home environment. For more than forty years she celebrated her faith at Irving Park Methodist Church and supported its mission.

Audrey is survived by her husband Frank of the home; daughters, Cathy Cowhig and husband Steve of Greensboro and Donna Nicholson and husband Eric of Daphne, AL; six precious grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren who she adored. She was reunited in Heaven with her parents, sister, Margaret Robinson and brother, Billy Jackson Evans.
