Jasper Clevon Oldham

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel with Rev. Jim Cates and Rev. Larry Pugh officiating. The interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel.

Jasper Clevon Oldham was born in Guilford County on June 16, 1921 to the late Archie and Lora Davis Oldham. He retired from Canteen Company as a salesman. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and eleven siblings. Jasper is survived by his wife, Dorothy Calhoun Oldham; children, Diana Lynn Oldham Hipp (George) of Greensboro and Larry Wayne Oldham (Dena) of Danville, VA; grandchildren, Lance Bradley Oldham (Vanessa) and Seth Andrew Oldham all of Greensboro; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Jasper.
