Jean Manning Nikouyeh

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church, 943 Ball Park Road, Thomasville, NC 27360, officiated by Father James Turner.

Jean was born February 16, 1962, in Lenoir County, NC to the late Guy and Margaret Manning. She worked with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Fraternity and a recipient of the USA Today Academic Achievement Award.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Nikouyeh was preceded in death by her brother, Guy Manning, II. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ahmad Nikouyeh; children, Jon, Jonah, Khadejeh Nikouyeh; sister, Barbara Harvey; brothers, Chris, Jerry and David Manning and her three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends following the service at the residence of Barbara Harvey. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
