Jeaneane Crawford Paschal

A memorial service will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at the First Baptist Church Chapel in Greensboro by Dr. Stephen Pressley. Friends will be received Saturday, 1:00-2:00 p.m., prior to the service, in the church parlor.

Jeaneane was born May 28, 1929 in Greensboro, the daughter of Marvin Coy Crawford, Sr. and Margaret Grady Crawford.

Jeaneane was a former member of Bessemer Baptist Church. She later joined First Baptist Church and remained there for 20 years where she was a Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and Youth Sunday School teacher. She was also on the Finance, Long Range Planning and Heritage and Hope Committees. Jeaneane was employed at Smart Start of Forsyth County and enjoyed gardening, shopping and going to the beach.

In addition to her parents, Jeaneane was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Paschal.

Surviving are her daughters, Jenny Paschal Whitley and husband Mark of Kernersville, Patricia Paschal Scott-Finn and husband William Finn of Chapel Hill; brother, Marvin Coy Crawford, Jr. of Shelby; grandchildren, Holly and Byron Scott and Christopher and Megan Whitley.
