Kelly, Josh and Family:

I would like to express my deepest condolences to you all as we say goodbye to such an incredible man.

Jeff had such a positive influence on me in my professional career. I met Jeff my very first week in my new career in the chemical industry in February, 1996. I was a new sales trainee for hci-Worth Chemical hired right out of college and I spent my first 2 weeks on the job working in Greensboro, NC, learning how the company operated in all phases. Jeff was working in operations then, he took me right under his wing and showed me so much right out of the gates. Jeff was always happy to help and mentor people, he instantly became someone I wanted to stay connected with and as he transitioned from operations to sales our relationship and friendship continued.

Jeff always had such a warm, infectious smile and attitude, everyone loved being in the same room as Jeff or sitting with him at lunch or dinner. I have such fond memories of my many conversations with Jeff...it did not matter if we were discussing work, family, or college football, I enjoyed every moment I had with him. I will miss him very much, you and your family are in my families thoughts and prayers. Much peace and love to you all.

Kelly & Josh, Our deepest sympathy, thoughts, and prayers go out to you. Tracey and I will always be here for you, Kelly, and you, Josh...right around the corner. Jeff Hill was like a brother to me, a mentor and a best friend. Jeff and I talked so often over the years about things outside of work...especially our families. He was so proud of Nora, and Josh, and the times he shared with Kelly. We should all strive to be like Jeff Hill, as he was in life. Jeff Hill was kind to others, welcoming, humbling, witty, smart, sympathetic, funny, non judgmental, and a great listener.
Tracey and I enjoyed the times we shared with Jeff and Kelly on our patios into the wee hours of night and mornings. I enjoyed our times on the golf course, and our talks over lunch. We would talk about so many things, and laugh...and cry together. We used to talk about how we had so much in common. Jeff and I used to make fun of ourselves and the size of our heads. If Jeff was riding with me in the car he would say "Sure you can see around this big head" and he would smile and laugh. I would laugh and say "You probably can't see around mine". We have so many wonderful memories of Jeff Hill in our minds, and in our hearts that will never go away. I know he would want us all to laugh and remember the good times, but it's hard to do. We loved Jeff Hill! He was our very good friend, and we will miss him so Much!
Our Deepest Sympathy,
Andy & Tracey Sapp

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jeff through my company Loparex. Jeff established the business relationship with us initially and would stop into our office in Cary, NC from time to time. He was a great guy and I am glad I had the opportunity to know him. My prayers and sincere condolences to the family of Jeff and to the extended Brenntag family.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Jeff was the essence of politeness, a professional in his craft and just a darn nice person...always and under the most stressful of circumstances. He handled those stressful times very well and his gentle manner and friendliness was very contagious. I truly enjoyed working with him . I know he will be dearly missed by everyone his life ever touched.

To Jeff's wife and son,
I met Jeff back in 2003. He was very thoughtful, my best memory was when his coworker and himself would come to Davidson Water and they would prepare a huge pot of "low country boil"! And he knew how to fix it. We would eat and laugh and laugh and eat. He will be missed, he had a great family man testimony! read Proverbs ch. 3, verses 5&6.
Lean on the Lord, he will give you strength and courage that no one else can!
you folks are in my prayers.

Kelly and Josh, my heart truly aches for you at this very difficult time. I had the privilege of working with both Jeff and Kelly from the Worth years throughout HCI and then Brenntag and Jeff was always down to earth and always had that same smile on his face every time I would see him. I hope you both will keep the memories tight in your arms as now Jeff is with Nora and both are in God's hands looking down on you both as your angels.

Keeping you both in my prayers and in my thoughts.
