Karen was that person who could light up a room with her warm smile. Having worked along side her for eight+ years at the GCSD in High Point she was always the most kind, giving, calm individual you could imagine. She possessed stellar customer service and made anyone around her feel important. Shanna was born during the time we worked together and Karen let everybody know that she was the most adored baby ever born.

Shanna, Ruth, and all family members, my condolences to you and know you are in my thoughts and prayers! Heaven has received a beautiful angel.

Karen was such a Great person. I called her Mom from day one of getting to know her in the early 90s. I so enjoyed working with her. She was so liked and such a good person. No matter what you needed to talk about she would lend a caring ear and somehow made it better for you. She was also our "The Sheriff is coming alarm" if we were, well doing something other than LEO work at the old D1 office. So many Great memories..Love you Mom..Heaven has received a true Angel.
