Katherine “Katie” Alexander, 26 of Lexington NC passed away Thursday December 16th. Katie was a beautiful person inside and out. She had such a wild and free spirit that everyone adored. She was loved by so many and loved so many. She was a sweetheart but when she got mad, she was a force to be reckoned with. She fit in so well with anyone and any group she was around. All she had was love to give to anyone who accepted it. She will be dearly missed by so many friends and family, but she will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her father Michael (TeeCee) Alexander, mother Georgia Alexander, Grandmother Sharon Alexander, sisters Charity (David) Moore, Carie (Cedric) McLendon, Aunt and Uncle Tracy and Tracey Payne. She is also survived by her three beautiful daughters Abigail Jones, Aubri Jones, and Karma Kidd. She is preceded in death by her grandfather John Alexander; maternal grandparents, Roger and Ruth Ann Link; uncle, John Alexander Jr., along with many other family, cousins, and friends.
Fly high and spread those beautiful wings that you have gained my angel. Watch over all of us and protect us from above. We all love you so much and we shall never forget your beautiful soul. Shine that rainbow down upon us to let us know you are safe. Until we meet again Katie.
In lieu of flowers sent for Katie the family has asked for donations to be sent to Recovery Communities of North Carolina.
A visitation for Katherine will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 1900 Vanstory Street, Greensboro, North Carolina, followed by a celebration of life at 7:00 PM. Online condolences may be offered at www.advantagegreensboro.com.
