Laci was born in Chapel Hill, NC on January 10, 1994, to Linda Brown-Palmer and the late John Franklin Brown, Jr. Laci graduated from Eastern Guilford High School in 2012. She participated at St. Paul Baptist Church in 2010 and enjoyed her pastor and church friends. Laci was brought up in RCMBC (Roberts Church Missionary Baptist Church) and joined at a young age and enjoyed the fellowship and loved gospel music. She loved her family most of all and enjoyed spending time with them, whether it was trying out a new restaurant, traveling, or going to the beach. Laci also enjoyed making jewelry. When she was a young girl, she liked taking care of her dogs and her parakeets. Getting together with her girlfriends and her older sister, Candace was a passion of hers. Laci was a bright young lady and after graduating high school (which made her family so proud) she found employment through an agency that inspired her, working as an administrative assistant at Choice Behavioral Health in Greensboro, and she loved working there and her coworkers. Laci was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, cousin and friend who was loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a younger brother, Raynard Palmer; grandparents, Eva Brown, Goldia Ann Brown and John Franklin Brown, Sr., and Mary Lou and Hubert Cotton; and other grandparents, Lee and Faye Palmer; Aaron and Frances Spruill; and Theodis and Rosa Womble; aunt, Angie Snead; and a uncle, Andre Palmer.

Palmer, and Chester Palmer; nieces, Ariana, Tyana, Ka’lani, Sophia, and Nae’riah; nephews, Ty, Natel, and Jordan; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Mary Lacy Womble and Ms. Vonnell Palmer, aunts, Galina Brown, Goldia M.
