Marjorie Brown

A family visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 11:00 -11:30 at Hanes Lineberry North Elm. A graveside service will be held following the visit at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Margie was born in Greensboro to the late James and Sarah Lineberry Brown. She was a former member of Wendover Avenue Church of Christ where she served as a Sunday School teacher. She worked various part time jobs. Margie was a sweet happy spirit and she loved her family and church. Her last six years were spent with her daughter Cheryl.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond Brown, and five sisters and two brothers. Margie is survived by her children, Cheryl Sims (John Henry) of Greensboro, Wayne Brown of Marietta, GA Carol Brown Long (Allen) of Roxboro, and Linda Addison of Greensboro; ten grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
