Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and cared for all those she met. Her passion was embroidering. She was preceded in death by her son, Rick Rabun and brother, James Newton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rhonda Bliss and husband Dennis of Greensboro, NC; son Windell Edwards and wife Audrey of Murrells Inlet, SC; sister, Lillian “Lil” Sharp and husband Nick of Clarksville, TN and brothers, French Newton and wife Frances of Ringgold, GA and Nick Davis Newton, Jr. and wife Elaine of Jonesboro, GA; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 pm at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
