A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Lakeview Memorial Park, with Rev. Larry Chandler officiating.
Born in Greensboro, September 23, 1921, to the late James and Sally Overman, Mrs. Lineback was of the Baptist faith. She retired from P. Lorillard after approximately 35 years of service. She enjoyed traveling and loved the beach. She will be missed by many and was loved by all of those who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Edward G. Lineback; and her daughter, Bonnie Byrd.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son and daughter-in-law, James “Jimmy” and Linda Lineback of Surfside, SC; granddaughter, Lorie Lineback of Greer, SC; grandson, Michael Lineback and his wife Donna of Myrtle Beach; and two great grandchildren, Brandon and Hannah of Myrtle Beach.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Friday evening at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.
