Paulene Prevo

Paulene Prevo was born January 17th, 1980 in Paisley, Scotland to Ann and David Gillespie. She lived in Melbourne, Australia and immigrated to Greensboro North Carolina. She was a 1997 graduate of Lucy C Ragsdale High in Jamestown, NC.

Paulene was full of life and her sense of humor was unmatched. She was outgoing and her personality drew people to her. Her charm and personality allowed her to maintain lifelong friendships and her friends share in our loss. Her greatest joy in life was her daughter Courtney.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Shane, her daughter Courtney and stepson Andrew, Courtney’s father Brian and wife Michelle, her mother Ann, sisters Louise and Alison and niece Leeanna, her in-laws Pam and Donny Prevo and a host of extended family and friends. Paulene was predeceased by her father, David Gillespie.

We ask that you honor Paulene by remembering her at her most beautiful and vibrant, and for the love she shared with her daughter, husband and family.

In lieu of flowers, a trust has been established for her daughter Courtney by her father and stepmother. If so inclined, checks can be made payable to Ameriprise Financial Services.
