Peggy A. Parrish

Peggy was born on December 29, 1932, in Wilkes County. Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She always enjoyed spending time with her family.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, John Beverly Parrish in 1985. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children; Sandra Jarvis of Greensboro NC, Paula Todd and husband Ray of Greensboro, NC, Kathy Hall and husband Jimmy of Sanford, NC, David Parrish and wife Michelle of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren; Steven Todd, Katherine Todd, Beverly Hall, Collin Hall and "Best Four Legged Friend" Sugar.

The family wishes to express the deep appreciation to the staff of Clapp's Nursing Center for the loving care given to their mother during her stay and to the kindness extended to her by her friends and neighbors.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside service at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Guilford Memorial Park with Pastor Jim Cates officiating.

Peggy would want those left behind to celebrate her life and be happy.
