She loved her family and they brought much joy to her throughout her life. Even at 90 years old, she would call each of her children to make sure that they were okay.
Rachael was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Lankford, Sr.
She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Page (Randy), Cynthia Davis (Johnny), and her sons, Ronald Lankford Jr. (Marsha), Danny Lankford (Nancy), and Kelly Lankford (Beverly). Also, missing her dearly are her 16 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Hanes Lineberry Funeral, Home, 515 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at Lakeview Memorial Park, 3600 N. O’Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405.
