Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 2:00 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel with Pastor Scott Hedge officiating. Burial will follow with full military honors at Guilford Memorial Park.
Sam was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather, brother and friend. He was a member of Wilomore Baptist Church and a retired carpenter.
Mr. Fulp was preceded in death by his wife, Betty G. Fulp on May 9, 2006; parents, Columbus H. and Lucy Ann Fulp; siblings, Alta Knight, Wilbert Fulp, Howard Fulp, Frankie Pendry and Daniel Fulp. Surviving are his children; Joe McCann, Betty Jo Gibson, Ray Fulp, Cindy Cheek, Kenneth Fulp, Gary Fulp, Roger W. Fulp; sibling James C. Fulp. Mr. Fulp was blessed with eighteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
