We are going to miss you soooo much mom!! I hope that I made you proud with how I took care of things! So many people showed you love, because you touched so many peoples lives and it was beautiful to hear them speak very highly of you. It still doesn’t feel real, like I want to call you right now or text you. We have the outpouring support or family and friends,  but people that knew her but didn’t know  us personally  have supported me and Chris during this time and we are super grateful for that.  I will love you forever mom. 

I have so many memories of Sharon. We worked and traveled together for over 25 years. We followed the same career paths at AT&T as an agent, Senior Training Manager and finally Lead Delivery Training Manager.  In those years, we certified many instructors domestically and, in the Philippines, Colombia, India and Costa Rica. We often joked we never believed our careers would take us to so many places. We embraced many cultures together and made so many wonderful memories. Sharon talked me into ziplining in the rain forests of Costa Rica. She and I had the pleasure of seeing The Color Purple and A Raisin in the Sun together with our colleague Deanna Drummond on Broadway in New York. We always leaned on each other at work through happy and sad times in our lives. Julia and Chris , I know she loved you dearly. To our AT&T work family around the world, she loved you with all of heart. Thank you my dear friend for being a voice to those who had no voice or might have been afraid to challenge the status quo. I will miss you dearly. However, I know you are singing with a new voice today. I thought of  the lyrics to The Prayer as I visited you yesterday for the last time. Please watch over us my friend...

After an interview with Sharon, she told me I that was just crazy enough for the position as she laughed. Her infectious laugh and joy will stay with me, but she also had a way of instilling calm and confidence. She taught so many to eat bon-bons and not make things harder on ourselves than it had to be. I’ll try to share some of that same energy in her honor. 

I don't have a favorite memory there's too many.  Definitely the big sister I never had never made me feel anything less.  Thank you for being you Sharon, you were truly the best. Fly high I hope you're dancing in the sky.

To my Dear Sharon:

Saying I miss you would never be enough !! You were  my colleague, my mentor and most importantly, my true friend! Our memories of daily things at work or just celebrating life successes will remain in my heart forever. I will never forget the day I ask you for something and you said: Irvin, I haven’t had my bacon yet! From that moment on every time we talked first thing I would ask was: Sharon, had you had your bacon yet? I remember how we would burst laughing even on the most difficult projects. I know you helped a lot of people in your life, but the way you stood by me, supported and believed in me, not everyone is so lucky to have a friend like you! I will take everything you showed me and more and will forever celebrate you. I will pay it forward giving people the biggest smile, the one  you usted to brighten everyone’s day! Thank You from the bottom of my heart for your love, friendship, support and for accepting me for who I am! My condolences to Sharon’s family. We are All here praying and sharing love! 

Friend, I miss you! I'll never forget the time I drove from New Orleans to Greensboro so we could see "Fences" when it came out. Also, when you and Corey came to NOLA. I miss and love you, friend! 

Myself and my husband have known Sharon for over 20 years and she was always kind to both of us. Every time I saw Sharon she was smiling. I use to say to her girl slow down in that Z, y’all remember that 2 door sports car she had. I will never forget Sharon and her impact on my professional career. I knew almost 15 years ago, that my work life needed something to drive passion in me, and helping people was an area where I had interest, but was just learning the ropes of how I could become a value to others. Sharon helped me find that passion. Her ability to connect to people stuck with me. In my very short week of working with Sharon in 2008, she helped me discover human connection like I never knew. She welcomed me warmly, as a co-worker and a friend. I was never treated or felt like I was just another employee in the constant training cycle. Her heart was genuine, guidance came from learned experience, and she continued to connect with me as I grew into my career path. Im thankful that Sharon was a part of my life as she helped me build a learning mindset, which impacted how I raised my children. While I am saddened that the world has lost a beautiful soul, I celebrate her life because she focused on our human needs. And that smile, how could I say no to any sort of challenge when she approached our conversations with her smile. It was always in her voice, that was clear! My condolences to Sharon's family and close friends. May you all find peace in your grieving and continue to celebrate the memories of Sharon. 

Sharon and I worked together for over 20 years. We became good and close friends. I watched her blossom from a quiet, unassuming young lady into a warrior who took her life back and did what she wanted for her happiness. I'll always be proud of her for that. I'm too sick to attend the service, but I don't know if I could. This is devastating. I am so glad I told Sharon that I loved her the last time we talked. My prayers are with family and friends who, like me, will love and miss her.

But more than that, I considered Sharon one of my best friends at AT&T. Our differing career paths at the company and the pandemic meant that I did not get to talk to her as much in recent years, but she still remained in my close circle. I am so saddened by her loss. My deepest condolences to Julia and Chris and all of her family and friends.

She was one of the best trainers and so encouraging she loved life. My condolences to the family. 

I will never forget or erase all of our messages. This was the day you was xtra emotional thanking me for growing your hair out and we laughed so hard after and started talking about your website creation. You have touched my soul in a way I’ll never forget. You are a prime example of why my salon is called MsDanasBlessings, you thought I was your Blessing but really luv you were really My Blessing!!!!!

Iam truly going to miss our years of talks, laughs and positive exchanges of energy at my salon. It was a pleasure being your hair stylist and meeting such a beautiful soul. Forever and ever you will always be my spirit sister. I love you Sharon!!

Sharon was on my Team for a few years, actually one of the amazing leaders who taught me about the work we did.  What I remember, that I am relying on right now, is how proud Sharon was of Julia, Chris, & Logan. We spent time always talking about the latest story she had. The other thing about Sharon, the humor she injected into every conversation, she made everyone around her smile. I’ll never forget Sharon smiling, then saying Slow Clap with that look she had!

I’m deeply saddened by the news of Sharon’s passing she was a sweet spirit. I have had the honor of working with Sharon we were pretty fast friends thru travel, hanging, chatting AND laughing. She will be missed.  My sincere condolences to her family. 

Sharon was an amazing person.  I had the wonderful privilege  of working with her for the last 2 years.  In that short time she made such an impression of me.  She was caring, kind, always willing to lend a hand and a happy person who enjoyed life to the fullest.  She will be deeply missed. Rest in piece my friend.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Sharon on the same Team.  Always pleasant, so full of life; her laughter was contagious!  Her desire to be the BEST at what she did was remarkable!  Sharon displayed such a reserved demeanor; however, once she got to know you, she allowed her infectious personality to take center stage!  I feel honored to have known & worked with Sharon!  

Sharon was a true joy to be around, she always brought a positive attitude and lots of laughs, I feel blessed to have known her!

I loved our talks about love, family, exercising, and just anything that was going on around us! Sharon will be greatly missed! God has truly gained another great angel!

Sharon will be missed.  I had the privilege of calling Sharon friend and work colleague for over 20-years. We worked together on the same team for most of those 20-years, we traveled together numerous times to open new SP sites.  I will miss our conversations about faith.

Such a beautiful person and soul, I will miss Sharon.
