She is survived by her mother, Clara Thorn of Greensboro, several sisters, Nancy Via (Jay), of Winston Salem, Clara O. Williams of Reidsville, Cindy Byrd of Texas, Vicky Pulliam (Darrell) of Virginia and two brothers, Joseph G. Morton (Pat) of Virginia and Floyd Morton of Jamestown. She is also survived by her lifelong best friend and companion, Dean Coble and her beloved pets Cosmos and Salem.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 11:45 am Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Hanes Lineberry, Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 High Point Rd. followed by a graveside service at Noon in Guilford Memorial Park.
