Stella Louise Staffon Moore departed this earth February 2, 2105. Stella was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She had a deep love of music and her two cats, Scooter and Brigette. She will be deeply missed.
Stella was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and myrtle Staffon and her brother, John Staffon. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 52 years, Harvey G. Moore of the home; daughter, Debra M. Alexander and son-in-law, Dana B. Alexander of Winston Salem, NC; grandson, Dustin B. Alexander; two sisters, Judy Howell and Vera Staffon of Virginia.
The family wishes to extend to deep appreciation to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro for the compassion and care they gave to Stella.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 P.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, NC 27405.
