I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I always enjoyed visiting "Aunt Sue" at her house with Tom - we would talk about her garden, drink iced tea, and she would fill us in on what all of the children and grandchildren were doing, always filled with pride. Karen and Pam, I am sorry for your Mom's passing.  I have great memories from my childhood of visits to your parents home, watching golf on TV while the adults visited and arm-wrestling with your Dad.  They were such a sweet couple and you were blessed to have them as parents, they felt like an extra set of grandparents to me.  She was indeed a Southern lady.  God bless you and your families with peace and comfort with the knowledge that they are together again.
