Mrs. Willie Ann Pruitt Hardin, 72, of Greensboro, departed from this life on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at Moses Cone Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, May 13, 2011, at Lakeview Memorial Park Cemetery. Born in Guilford County to the late Harry and Vada Pruitt, Mrs. Hardin was a member of Tate Street Primitive Baptist Church. She retired from Cone Mills after 25 yers of employment. She enjoyed traveling, loved to socialize with her friends, and was an avid baseball fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Hard Rock" Hardin. Those left to cherish her memory include her only living sibling, Mrs. June Pruitt McDaniel, of Greensboro; two nieces; and two nephews.
