Betty Jane Leonard, 63, of Greensburg passed away on September 9, 2011 at the IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on July 29, 1948 in Indianapolis the daughter of Charles and Bertha (Woodall) Leonard. Betty graduated from Arlington High School and worked as a cashier at Walmart of Greensburg.
She is survived by her Mother- Bertha Leonard. She was preceded in death by her Father- Charles Leonard.
A visitation for family and friends will be at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood. A Funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Rev. Austin Ball will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Memory Garden Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Church of Christ.
