Hi Cindy, your dad and my mom (Marilee Hunter) were cousins. I just saw your mom’s obituary tonight. To late to come to the funeral. I last saw you about 3 years ago at your school reunion in Muncie. If you recall my husband Doug and you were in the same class and thankfully because of name tags we ran into you. Growing up close to your Grandma Clifton she always looked forward to visits from your parents. Later my children was thrilled to get a autographed photo from Garfield thanks to your dad. I often wondered how your mom was doing , sorry to say I never found an address or phone number. Amazing she had her 100th birthday! I hope her health enabled her to enjoy it. Your parents were always a sweet couple. Glad their together again. I extend my sympathy and prayers to you.

Love and Prayers,
Doug and Sharon Smith

I knew Carol through her daughter Nancy, who was my friend . She was a classy, warm, friendly lady and always made you feel welcome in her home. She and Max were a really fun couple.
