Last Sunday was "Good Shepherd Sunday" at church and I thought the following (taken from the 23rd Psalm) was appropriate:

Emily Brancamp
January 4, 1928 – July 20, 2012

Please don't cry because I've gone.
Please shed no tears for me.
For I've set my feet on the right path,
My Maker I've gone to see.

The Shepherd has come to guide me,
He's told me that it's time to go.
We walk now through pleasant green valleys.
Where the peaceful waters flow.

With Him, nothing will harm me,
No evil will I fear.
For He is the Great Protector.
And I am safe whenever He's near.

My life was filled with abundance.
All that I could have hoped for.
Now I go to the heavenly kingdom.
Where I'll dwell with the Lord evermore

Our sincere condolences to Mrs. Emily's family.....she was such a precious lady. She and Clarence were wonderful hosts to the OK's from Cleary when we visited their home with her daughter, Linda Smith. What a great time we had! We got to know her and Clarence much better when they came to live part of the year in Florence, and loved the times our families ate and laughed together. Doug, Hillory, Amy and I send love and prayers your way as you go through this sad time. Wish we could be there with all of you. Mrs. Emily is another saint I look forward to spending time with in heaven. We all send love.
