Isabella Louise Beltran

Isabella just finished her sophomore year at Beech Grove High School, where she was actively involved in numerous organizations and activities. She was a dedicated member of FFA, Spanish Club, Drama Club, Academic Team, We Before Me, and volunteered throughout her community. She also participated on the school's Tennis and Swimming teams.

Though young in years, Isabella possessed a strength and courage beyond her age. She battled a rare cancer with remarkable grace and determination.

Throughout her journey, her positive mental attitude became a beacon of light and hope to countless people who followed her story and prayed for her healing. Her bravery inspired family, friends, doctors, nurses and even strangers, teaching lessons of perseverance, gratitude, and courage in the face of adversity.

Isabella gave more in her short life than many do in a lifetime. She touched countless hearts through her kindness, compassion, and resilience. She was a blessing to everyone who knew her, and her legacy will continue to live on through the many lives she impacted. Her smile, strength, and loving spirit will never be forgotten.

Though her time on earth was far too short, Isabella's life was filled with purpose, love, and inspiration. Her courageous fight and beautiful spirit will remain in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jamie (Zachary) Mauer and John (Kaitlin) Beltran; sisters, Zoe Beltran, Daisy Mauer, Abby Garner, Allison Garner-Beltran; stepbrothers, Gaven Mauer and Weston Mauer; grandparents - Diane & Albert Kramer, Jamie Michalski; uncles, Anthony Beltran, Thomas Ludlow; aunts - Jennifer Teague, Paige Beltran; cousins, Kyle Beltran, Natalie Beltran, Emma Teague, Ellie Teague and Jeremiah Teague. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael Michalski.

A celebration of Isabella's life will be held at a later date.
