Survivors include his daughters Sue (Fred) Miller of Greensburg and Peggy (William Morrow) Spear of Greensburg; his sons Kenny (Tami) Spear of Greensburg and Rick Spear of Florida; his former wife Carolyn (Abrams) McFall; eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson Scott Banks.

Jackie worked for many years as a farmer until he became legally blind. He then began working with the Randolph Sheppard Blind Rehabilitation Center where he was in charge of servicing and filling vending machines.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 10AM until the start of the funeral service at 11AM at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home with Rev.
