Jennifer Rene Shelton Grote

Jennifer Rene Grote 30 of Russellville, KY. Passed away Thursday June 2, 2011 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born February 24, 1981 in Marion County, Indiana the daughter of Keith and Anita (Ramsey) Shelton. Jennifer was a 1999 graduate of North Decatur High School. After high school she earned her Nursing Degree in 2003 from Indiana State University. She worked at the Medical Center at Bowling Green, KY. She was a member of the Lupus Foundation, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, The Crittenden Drive of the Church of Christ in Russellville, KY. She married Chad Grote on June 7, 2003 in Greensburg, Indiana. She is survived by her Mother: Anita Shelton, her Husband: Chad and her daughter, Aubrey Grote of Russellville, KY., One sister: Kimberly Shelton Youngman of Batesville, IN. She was preceded in death by her Father: Keith Shelton, Paternal Grandfather: Russell Shelton; Maternal Grandparents: Buford and June Ramsey. Friends may call at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Sunday June 5, 2011 from 12:00 until 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 6, 2011 at the Funeral Home with the reverend Jerren Jackson officiating at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery in Shelby County.
