Jerry Allan Lusk Sr.

Jerry Lusk Sr. 68 of New Point went to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2011. Jerry was born on August 2, 1943, in Tulare, California; he was the son of the late Harry and Virginia Lusk. He graduated from Tulare Union High School and then married Annetta Eppler on October 6, 1963, in Tulare.

Jerry was retired from H&M Tool and Die. He was member of the New Point Christian Church and so loved his church family. His main hobby was antique tractors, he loved being involved with the Power of the Past and restoring old tractors. Jerry loved helping others in any way that he could, especially fixing and painting toys for little kids at church, and mowing the church lawn with Johnny.

Jerry will be best remembered for loving his Lord, family, friends and his sense of humor. Jerry is survived by his wife Annetta, Two sons: Jerry Jr. (Dannette) of Greensburg, and Tom (Rhonda) Lusk of North Vernon. Eight grandchildren: Kyle, Eric, Craig, Justin, Sarah, Connor, Courtney, and John and one beautiful great granddaughter Keiran. Two brothers: Richard (Jill) Lusk of Greensburg and Thomas (Cheryl) Lusk of Goose Creek, South Carolina. Jerry is also survived by his cousins: Leroy and Donna Davis of Atascadero, California and Bob and Carolyn Ruffa of Strathmore, California, several nieces and nephews, and special friend Nelson Roberts.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011 from 4PM until the time of the service 7PM at the New Point Christian Church with Pastor Mark Vice officiating. Cremation and burial at Rossburg Cemetery will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Point Christian Church.
