I know that Tom will continue to impact our lives. He so enjoyed getting others to laugh. I always worked hard to stay ahead of him, but never could. His way with people (and animals) was amazing and I think he gave his boys that same character and they are all similar "characters" in fun and laughter as well. I think Joe & Chris balance each other out nicely! I always enjoyed Tom's visits to the office where I worked with Karen and it made my day a bit brighter. Karen has seemed to be able to hold her own with all the men in her life! Thoughts & prayers to you all.

I have known this family all my life. His sister, Mary Beth (Shorty) and I went to Clarksburg School and North Decatur High School. We had many good times together and I have fond memories of this family. please accept my deepest sympathy at this time for all of you. Losing a loved one is very hard but hold on to the good memories and what John taught each of you through his love.

I first met Tom when I was a Deputy Auditor for Decatur County; Tom was a Decatur County Councilman. Over the years I was fortunate enough to meet his amazing family, who I consider my dear friends. Tim has always been close to Tom’s family as his youngest brother Jeff, was Chris’ partner in crime growing up. Karen, Joe, Chris, and family, may God wrap his loving arms around you in this difficult time; our love and prayers are with you all! Rest In Peace, Tom!
All our love,
Tim, Donna, and Dayne Lecher
