Survivors include his son Brandon Loper of Greensburg, his daughter Ashley Prifogle of Connersville, his mother Linda Drew of Greensburg, two brothers Jamie (Tiffiney) Loper of Connersville and Mark Loper of Greenwood, his sister Tammy Loper of Greensburg and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother Robert Loper.
Joe enjoyed music, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
A Celebration of Joe’s Life will be held at the Knights of St. Johns, 312 S. Wilder Street, on April 21, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Family and friends are welcome to come and spend an evening sharing memories. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.gilliland-howe.com.
