Judith Kay Mantooth, 72, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. Judith was born June 23, 1943 in Waynesfield, Ohio, the daughter of Beatrice and David Kaser. She was a graduate of Waynesfield High School. She married Marlin Wayne Mantooth on February 2, 1973, and he preceded her in death on May 10, 1979.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband - Marlin, stillborn Son - Bradley Jason Mantooth, Half-Sisters - Shirley Coolidge and Isabelle Spencer and a Brother - Donald Kaser.
Judith worked as a Nurses Aid, QMA, and in medical records at Heritage House, Hickory Creek, Morning Breeze and Arbor Grove nursing homes. She was a member of Wesleyan Church.
Graveside service will take place at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Lower Union Presbyterian Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of Decatur County. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.gilliland-howe.com.
